Paizo is already on the move to print more money with their Pathfinder franchise. Before they actually charge you for the product, though, they are having an open playtest for their 2010 Pathfinder Advance Players Guide. The content up for testing is six new classes that we will be able to test two at a time until January 31, 2010.
The first two classes, the Cavalier and Oracle, are already available for testing until November 31 they take it down. The next two classes will be the Summoner and Witch available November 31 when they post them. The final two classes, the Alchemist and Inquisitor, will supposedly be available December 14.
You can snag a free copy of the Cavalier and Oracle classes to playtest here. I have already downloaded my own copy to try out, and so far it seems Paizo has taken some cues from Dungeon and Dragons 3.5 Advance Players Handbook. The Cavalier is very similar to the knight but with some additional, actually useful, abilities, and as the name inclines he is very talented on a mount. The Oracle is much like the Favored Soul but now with even less armor and some pretty kick ass powers that come at a price.
What do you all think of the two new classes so far?
